1.Product Description:

In addition to making traditional boxes, machine can also make
other palletizing boxes, as well as the folding packaging boxes
without glue, it is suitable for food packaging boxes;
fruit/vegetable packaging boxes and other product boxes and etc.

1. Imported glue spraying system,with automatic glue spraying
compensation function;

3. cardboard adopt automatic feeding with bottom suction,
continuous feeding, forming, conveying and stacking at one time;
4. Adopt PLC controller, photoelectric tracking system, gas source
detection system, human-Machine interface, automate the whole
process of box forming
5. Fiber positioning for folding and gluing to reduce gluing
errors. Servo pushes the cardboard with glue on front and back to
reduce photoelectric eyes error, which can make glue more accurate.
6. Infrared safety protection system to ensure the safety of
personnel operation;
7. Automatic fault diagnosis function;
8. Quick mold change adjustment device;
9. Cage design of machine frame, integral processing, grouping
combination;
10. The whole machine occupies a small area and has good stability.
