glass. Cleaning is easier as glass surfaces are smoother, but
broken panels need immediate replacement for safety.
Thermal Insulation: Poor thermal insulation compared to PC sheets, often requiring
additional insulation layers (e.g., double-glazing) to improve
energy efficiency, which increases costs.
Cost: Higher initial investment due to expensive materials and
installation. However, lower long-term replacement costs make it
suitable for large-scale, long-term commercial operations.
Support systems
Precision irrigation systems in greenhouses deliver water and
nutrients precisely to plant roots, optimizing resource use. They
use sensors (soil moisture, plant stress) and automated
valves/pumps to adjust irrigation schedules, avoiding
