PA66 Nylon Staple Fiber is manufactured from premium polyamide 66
raw materials, delivering exceptional mechanical strength and
abrasion resistance with a breaking strength of 4.5-5.5 cN/dtex.
Available in customizable lengths and deniers (1.5-15D×30-120mm),
it is particularly suitable for industrial textiles and high-end
textile applications.
With outstanding heat resistance (melting point 255-265℃) and
chemical corrosion resistance, this fiber is the ideal choice for
automotive interiors, industrial filter fabrics, safety ropes, and
related fields.
