Product Description:
The M/D series membrane (such as M/D25 type) is made of
thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which has excellent fatigue
resistance and wide temperature adaptability (-40 ℃~100 ℃),
designed specifically for the high-frequency blowing and cleaning
requirements of Autel pulse valves. The three-layer composite
structure (sealing layer+polyester fiber skeleton+elastic layer)
ensures fast response (≤ 30ms) and long lifespan (standard 1
million actions) in high-pressure environments.
Applications:
Baghouse Dust Collector Jet Pulse System
The M/D series diaphragms (such as the M/D25 model) serve as the
core seal and actuator of the pulse valve, controlling the
instantaneous release of compressed air in the dust collector to
clean the dust off the filter bag surface through high-frequency
jet pulses (several times per second).
Operating Process:
Electric signal triggers pulse valve → Diaphragm opens
instantaneously → Compressed air enters filter bag via jetting pipe
→ Filter bag expands to shake off dust → Diaphragm resets to close.

Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., 1-inch pulse valve 1;
MD series pulse valves (such as MD120, MD125, MD140S, etc.),
particularly suitable for valve sizes ranging from 20mm to 76mm 36.
Powder Conveying and Silo Arch Breaking:
Used for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or
breaking bridges of materials in silos. The pulse air flow prevents
clogging and is suitable for scenarios involving coal powder,
grains, plastic granules, etc. 36.

The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When
the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve
diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main
diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes
through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm
pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
