and efficient cooling of the pipe wall, ensuring clear and complete
corrugated structure and defect free pipe wall.
A single screw extruder designed with professional polyolefin
materials, featuring high-speed extrusion and low-temperature
plasticization.
Specially designed separation type mixing screw and spiral
structure head, with reasonable flow channel and smooth inner and
outer surfaces of the pipe.
Integrate advanced PLC/touch screen control system to achieve
precise linkage control and real-time monitoring of key process
parameters such as extrusion volume, winding speed, prestress,
temperature, vacuum degree, and cooling water flow rate, ensuring
high consistency and repeatability of the production process.
The sturdy mechanical structure and high-quality component
