Hy-Rib is a high-ribbed, sacrificial formwork solution engineered
for superior performance in large-scale concrete construction. Made
from galvanised expanded metal mesh, Hy-Rib ensures durability and

Its unique ribbed design promotes excellent aggregate interlock,

vertical placements and eliminates the need for extensive surface

After the panel placed,concrete is poured inside,excess water is

Rib Lath
Expanded metal with rib produced from commercial quality cold
rolled and hot galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM C 847.
0.5 mm thickness.
C-Profiles
Produced from commercial quality cold rolled and hot galvanized
steel in accordance with ASTM C 847.
0.6 mm thickness.
Connectors
Made from steel in coil grade B DIN 17 223 or equivalent.
20 mm width.
1.5mm thickness.
Longitudinal Rebar
Made from Fe 400 (French Norm) or equivalent.
500 N/mm2 elasticity limit.
700 N/mm2 traction strength.
5 mm diameter (minimum).
