Pressure Regulator
The stainless steel coating pressure regulator is used in the
Utheisa Kong gas spraying system to ensure precise and reliable
control of fluid pressure for spray guns, dispensing valves, or
atomizing nozzles. Installed on the output device of a circulation
pipeline or pump, the regulator is used to reduce the main pipeline
pressure to maintain the required fluid pressure for spray guns,
dispensing valves, or atomizing nozzles.
It is used to regulate the upstream pressure of coatings. For
solvent-based coatings, the FRL10Y/30Y models are recommended,
while for water-based coatings and high-solid-content coatings, the
FRL10S/30S models are suitable.
- The 3/8" PT(f) live connection adapts to multi-scenario and
multi-angle installations.
- Optional hose fittings (U-type) are available.
- Constructed from 316 stainless steel for extended service life.

Back Pressure Valve
Stainless steel coating back pressure valves are used in the
Utheisa Kong gas spraying system. The valve is mechanically
operated to open the outlet and redirect excess material back when
the predetermined pressure is reached, thereby maintaining the
supply pressure-limited at the set value. These valves are utilized
in circulation systems.
They regulate downstream coating pressure with low shear and a
straight-through design, minimizing the risk of clogging. Suitable
not only for solvent-based coatings but also for water-based and
high-solid-content coatings.
