Product Introduction

Textiles and synthetic materials are flammable and can easily cause fires, posing a threat to social security. The combustion tester is designed based on advanced foreign technologies and meets the requirements of standards DIN 54332, 53906, 53438, 53334, and 53333. It is used to measure the flammability properties of textiles and synthetic materials. The combustion tester is simple to operate, has high accuracy, and is widely applied in various industries. Instrument features

(1) The box of the sample device is made of V2A stainless steel material, which is beautifully and gracefully shaped, with smooth lines, resistant to smoke, corrosion, aging, and durable.

(2) There is a tempered glass window on the front and side of the box for testing and observation from various angles.

(3) Completely satisfactory reproducibility test conditions.

(4) Simple operation. All test samples can be simply installed in the combustion chamber.

(5) Propane and butane gases. Needle valves are designed to accurately and flexibly control natural gas.

(6) The flame is adjusted through appropriate procedures.

(7) A ventilation device is designed at the top of the instrument, allowing for better collection and discharge of the smoke generated during testing.

(8) Sample testing can be conducted at horizontal, vertical, or 45° angle positions.
