Introduction

Fabric drape tester, a method for testing fabrics such as skirts, suit pants, curtains, etc., where these fabrics hang vertically perpendicularly to the fabric plane under the influence of their own gravity, and gravity is perpendicular to the fabric plane. The fabric drape tester can measure the static and dynamic drape properties of the fabric through image processing methods. The fabric drape tester can separately provide the drape coefficient, wave number, wave amplitude uniformity, wave angle uniformity, etc. of the fabric, as well as the test results of the fabric on the front and back sides.

Product Features

Image acquisition: CCD image acquisition system;

Parameter analysis: The main unit has a microcomputer interface. The sample images are directly input into the computer, which then automatically analyzes and processes the image information. The images and the sagging coefficient are directly displayed on the screen.
