HPA-2ZSGZ Intelligent Automatic High Precision Sample Grinding and
Polishing Machine
- Function overview
This machine is an intelligent automatic grinding and polishing
machine, which is a new generation of high precision sample
preparation and pre-treatment grinding and polishing equipment
manufactured according to international standards and advanced
international technology.
The control system is controlled by the industrial PLC intelligent
control system, and the screen adopts 10" HIGH-DEFINITION touch
screen. The system uses intelligent fully automatic program
operation, and three operation modes can be switched between manual
mode, intelligent mode and semi-intelligent mode.
The machine features an elegant and generous design, with a casing
made from SUS 304 stainless steel through a brushed electroplating
process. It is equipped with a large-diameter dual-disk,
dual-station, dual-control grinding and polishing disk measuring
φ250mm (10' in diameter). Custom options are available for φ230mm
and φ300mm grinding and polishing disks. The machine can be
configured with multiple disks, stations, and motor controls,
allowing for simultaneous operation by multiple users. It is ideal
for pre-treatment of metallographic analysis samples, including
rough grinding, fine grinding, precision grinding, and rough
polishing, fine polishing, and precision polishing, thus broadening
its application scope.
Grinding head power: The rotation of the grinding head is realized
by the stepping motor to achieve accurate positioning of the
grinding head on both sides, and can be automatically rotated from
the left plate to the right plate through program control.
The grinding and polishing disc is powered by a high-power 1000W
servo motor, which can provide a smooth and low-noise operation
with an infinitely variable speed from 50 to 1500 rpm. The machine
features an automatic rotation direction switch for the grinding
head, allowing it to rotate from left to right. Six quick-setting
keys allow users to quickly set the speed to 250,500,750,1000,1250,
or 1500r/min rpm, significantly enhancing efficiency.
Drip device: This machine is equipped with an external
dual-position drip device, which can be selected to have multiple
positions. The amount of abrasive used can be controlled by
customizing the drip time and pause time, which greatly reduces the
use cost and improves the sample preparation effect.
Cooling Device: Equipped with a cooling system that cools the
sample during grinding to prevent the destruction of the
metallographic structure due to overheating. An optional online
sewage filtration system is available, which filters contaminants
from the cooling water through filter paper into a water tank, and
then discharges it directly into the sewer, ensuring a clean and
dust-free working environment. The wastewater discharge meets
environmental protection standards.
All actions of the machine are controlled by program automation.
The program can be freely input the operation parameters according
to the use conditions, and 100 grinding programs can be customized.
Except for the sample clamping operated manually, all other actions
of the machine are automatically run by the machine, which greatly
improves the work efficiency and stability.
It is convenient to use, safe and reliable, and is an ideal sample
preparation equipment for manufacturing industry, enterprises,
scientific research units and university laboratories.
