K2501 (M1183B), K2502 (M736), K2503 (M1887) Diaphragm (Membrane)
for Goyen pulse valve CA25T, RCA25T, CA25DD, RCA25DD, CAC25FS,
RCAC25FS, CA25MM, RCA25MM; NBR material is standard, working
temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for
high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse
Jet Valve is a solenoid pilot operated diaphragm valve specially
designed to deliver extremely fast pulsing in reverse-jet dust
collector systems. With its high flow rates, higher peak pressure
and the fastest response times on the market it delivers optimal
filter cleaning performance, while using significantly less air.
This results in energy savings for the user.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
The industrial dust removal system includes a bag/filter cartridge
dust collector with pulse cleaning capabilities. It is highly
effective in applications such as cement plant kiln tail dust
removal and steel plant blast furnace dust removal.
Valve Control and Cleaning
Each valve in the system can control 20-50 filter bags, and the
membrane operates at a high frequency of at least once per minute,
ensuring efficient dust removal.
High Temperature and Corrosive Gas Treatment
The system is equipped to handle high temperature and corrosive
gases, such as waste incineration flue gas. It utilizes FKM film
that is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C.
Acidic and Alkaline Gas Treatment
In situations involving acidic and alkaline waste gases from
chemical plants, the system utilizes an EPDM membrane that is
resistant to corrosion within a pH range of 3-11.
Special Medium Environment
In special environments like the food and pharmaceutical industry,
the system features an EPDM food-grade film that is designed to
resist pollution, ensuring the purity of the processed products.
Strict Physical Conditions
The system can operate under strict physical conditions, including
high-pressure impact scenarios utilizing a CA62T/CA76T double
diaphragm structure with a pressure rating of 0.85MPa.
It is also suitable for use in high humidity environments where
anti-condensation measures are required, such as in cement raw
material grinding and dust removal processes.
