Control Methods
Electromagnetic control: The valve port is quickly opened/closed by
the solenoid valve receiving electrical signals, with a fast
response speed (millisecond level).
Pneumatic control: Driven by a pneumatic control valve, it is
suitable for high-pressure and harsh environments (such as
high-temperature and corrosive occasions).
Working Pressure
Usually 0.4-0.7MPa (special models can adapt to higher pressures).

Blowing Volume and Blowing Time
Blowing volume: The amount of compressed air released in a single
time (related to the valve port diameter and pressure), which needs
to match the size of the filter bag/cartridge.
Blowing time: Generally 0.05-0.2 seconds, which can be adjusted
through the control system. If it is too short, the ash cleaning
will be incomplete; if it is too long, energy will be wasted.
Response Time
The time from receiving the signal to fully opening is usually ≤50
milliseconds. A fast response can reduce compressed air loss and
increase the ash cleaning frequency.
Interface Size
The pipe diameters of the air inlet and air outlet (connected to
the blowing pipe). Common specifications include DN20, DN25, DN32,
etc. (or inch specifications 1/2", 3/4", etc.), which need to match
the system pipeline.
Working Medium
Dry and clean compressed air (oil content ≤0.5ppm, water content
≤-40℃ dew point) to avoid blockage or corrosion of the valve body
by impurities.
Working Temperature
Regular models: -10℃~60℃ (electromagnetically controlled).
High-temperature models: Can adapt to above 150℃ (need to use
high-temperature resistant sealing materials and valve body
materials).
Corrosion Resistance
The valve body material can be cast iron, aluminum alloy (with
surface anti-corrosion treatment), or stainless steel (304/316).

industries).
Protection Level
The protection level of the electromagnetic coil part is usually
IP65 (dust-proof and protected against low-pressure water
