Open state: It deforms instantly after receiving a control signal, opens the
valve port, and allows compressed air to form a pulse jet.
Energy Transfer
The instant action of the diaphragm directly determines the
intensity and speed of the blowing airflow, and its response speed
(millisecond level) affects the ash cleaning effect and compressed
air utilization rate.
II. Key Technical Parameters
Thickness and Size
The thickness is usually 1-3mm (adjusted according to the pressure
level), and the size must accurately match the pulse valve body
(such as diameters of 50mm, 65mm, etc.). Excessive deviation will
lead to sealing failure or movement jamming.
Temperature Resistance Range
Conventional nitrile rubber (NBR): -20℃~80℃, suitable for normal
temperature and dry working conditions.
Fluororubber (FKM): -20℃~200℃ (some models can reach 260℃),
suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments (such as
chemical industry, waste incineration).
Silicone rubber (VMQ): -60℃~200℃, with excellent low-temperature
resistance, suitable for cold regions.
Pressure Resistance Performance
It needs to withstand a working pressure of 0.4-0.7MPa (special
models are adapted to higher pressures). There should be no
permanent deformation under long-term pressure to ensure sealing
reliability.
Service Life
Under normal working conditions, high-quality diaphragms have a
fatigue life of more than 1 million times (number of blows).
Frequent movement or harsh environments (such as dust wear,
chemical corrosion) will shorten their service life.
