Product Description:

The GE IS230PCAAH1B is a Core Analog I/O Module, a cornerstone of the Mark VIe Distributed Control System, designed to handle critical analog signal processing for gas turbine operations. As a versatile component, it provides essential analog I/O functions—including thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA current loops, seismic measurements, LVDT excitation, pulse rates, and servo coil outputs—working in tandem with TCAS and TCAT terminal boards to support simplex, dual, and TMR systems.

Comprising a shared processor board, two application I/O boards, and a terminal board, the module is engineered as a unified assembly, with individual boards not replaceable to ensure system integrity. It connects to TCAT terminal boards via 68-pin cables and draws power through a 28V DC connector, while a JGPA board provides shield ground and 24V field power. Equipped with dual RJ45 Ethernet ports for IONet communication, it integrates seamlessly with Mark VIe controllers, supporting frame rates of 10 ms and 40 ms for real-time data processing.
