Ethernet Media Converter
supports two key media network connections:
10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T (copper)
and 1000Base-SX/LX (fiber). It efficiently inter-converts
electrical signals from 10Base-T/100
Base-TX/1000Base-T twisted pairs with optical signals from
1000Base-SX/LX, breaking through
the 100m distance limit of copper cables by extending transmission
up to 120km via fiber optic
cables, greatly expanding gigabit network coverage.
