1. Ensure engine is cool; disconnect battery and remove timing cover.
2. Align crankshaft and camshaft to TDC (Top Dead Center) using manufacturer marks.
3. Remove old pulley bolts, noting washer orientation; extract the worn pulley.
4. Clean mounting surface; install new pulley, aligning keyway with camshaft protrusion.
5. Torque new bolts to specification (30-35 Nm) in a crisscross pattern.
6. Recheck timing alignment, reinstall timing cover, and reconnect battery.
