This 1.5D×61mm high-performance PA6 nylon staple fiber features ultra-low moisture absorption (<2.5% water content), maintaining exceptional dimensional stability and mechanical properties even in humid environments. The fine-denier fiber structure (1.5D) combined with an optimized 61mm length delivers superior uniformity and strength (tensile strength ≥6.5cN/dtex), making it ideal for humidity-sensitive industrial applications like automotive airbags and premium filtration materials
