Rotary Drilling Hose Product Introduction
Designed for use in sour gas environments, this rotary drilling
hose resists hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), acids, and other corrosive
agents encountered in challenging fields. It uses H2S-resistant
inner tubes, multi-wire steel reinforcement, and safety-tested
couplings to ensure secure and leak-free operation under pressure.
( Case: In the Middle East, a sour gas drilling site frequently
replaced corroded hoses due to H₂S exposure. By adopting H2S-rated
rotary hoses with stainless inner linings and API 7K flanged ends,
the site extended hose life to over 12 months. Leak incidents
dropped by 90%, and the hose upgrade became a regional standard
across the operator’s fleet. )
