The DH-85A, part of Dingzhi's DH series, is a highly transparent TPU with a hardness of 85±2A on the Shore scale and exceptional transparency ranging from 5.0 to 6.0mm. It boasts rapid forming capabilities, good rebound resilience, and outstanding toughness, making it suitable for applications such as light guide strips, pet toys, high-transparency belts, and extruded pipes. This material can be processed using either injection or extrusion molding and meets stringent clarity standards across various applications.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

TPU has a number of applications including automotive instrument panels, caster wheels, power tools, sporting goods, medical devices, drive belts, footwear, inflatable rafts, and a variety of extruded film, plate and profile applications. TPU is also a common material in the housing of mobile electronic devices such as mobile phones. It is also used to make keyboard protectors for laptops. TPU is known for its applications in high-performance films, wire and cable jacketing, hoses and pipes, adhesives and textile coating applications, and as an impact modifier for other polymers. TPU pellets are used as the latest buffer technology, called boosters. Thousands of TPU pellets combine to create a comfortable sole.
