Production Description
The DAS-90A is part of Dingzhi's DAS series of anti-static TPU
materials, featuring a Shore hardness of 91±2A and a stable,
long-lasting anti-static capability with a surface resistivity
ranging from 10³ to 10⁵ ohms. It can be processed using either
injection or extrusion molding techniques and is particularly
suitable for casters, wires, cables, and electronic accessories,
providing dependable electrostatic control for industrial
applications.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE TPU RAW MATERIAL
TPU is thermoplastic polyurethane and can be divided into polyester
and polyether types. Wide range of hardness (60ha-85hd), abrasion
resistance, oil resistance, transparency and elasticity. Widely
used in grocery stores, sporting goods, toys, decorative materials,
etc. Halogen-free flame retardant TPU can also be used as an
alternative to soft PVC to meet environmental requirements in a
