Product Introduction

This product is an environmentally friendly interior wall paint made of liquid inorganic silicate as a bonding material and other environmentally friendly materials. It can fully penetrate the tiny pores in the cement substrate, so that the coating film and the wall are integrated. The product has good fire resistance and scrub resistance, and has strong air permeability and antibacterial and mildew resistance, and the decorative effect is long-lasting.

Product Features

1. Fire retardant: The fire resistance level reaches A2, it does not burn when it encounters high temperature, and does not produce harmful gases.

2. Super scrub resistance: The number of scrubbing resistance is ≥10,000 times.

3. Good stain resistance: The stain resistance level reaches level I.

4. Good breathability: The coating film is transparent and has super breathability. The moisture inside the building can evaporate freely to the outside, keeping the wall dry.

5. Moisture-proof and mildew-proof: The mildew-proof level reaches level 0, which inhibits the growth of mold on the wall due to moisture.
6. High hiding power: can cover fine cracks, contrast ratio ≥ 0.95, in line with the standard of superior interior wall paint.
7. Durable: can penetrate the wall, can produce petrochemical reaction with the wall, good durability.
8. Inorganic environmental protection: non-toxic, odorless, non-irritating, does not contain allergens, preservatives, fungicides and other harmful substances; formaldehyde, benzene, VOC, soluble heavy metals and other harmful substances are not detected, healthy and environmentally friendly, safe and harmless.

Suitable for interior wall surface decoration of various buildings such as high-end residential buildings, apartments, hotels, office buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, etc.

Technical parameters

 Theoretical dosage: about 4-5㎡/KG/2 times depending on the specific process, the actual consumption varies depending on the construction method and the flatness of the base
 Dilution ratio: can be diluted with no more than 10% of clean water depending on the specific construction situation
 Drying time: Surface drying takes about 2 hours; recoating time is at least 2 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), which can be extended moderately at low temperature.
 Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not less than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.
 Implementation standards: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings", GB/T 9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings", GB8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products".
