The E-link 10G Base-T to 10G Base-R Media Converter facilitates high-speed 10Gbps Ethernet conversion
between copper (10GBase-T RJ45) and fiber (10GBase-FX SFP+) networks. This product is equipped
with a high-performance Ethernet PHY chip, which guarantees
low-latency, stable data transmission
for enterprise and data centre applications. This converter
operates as a standalone unit
or can be rack-mounted in a 19" chassis for centralised deployment. Its plug-and-play installation,
industrial-grade durability, and flexible fibre compatibility (single-mode/multi-mode SFP+) make it ideal
for extending 10G networks, data centre interconnects, and
high-bandwidth backbone links.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer
service, providing product consultation, remote technical support,
maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after
testing the product failure by technicians and man-made damage
caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly go to
the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.Or a
product of comparable performance. If there is no trouble in
product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's
free warranty period is 1 year.

1.Damage caused by operation and maintenance not in accordance with
the instructions in the product manual.
2.Damage caused by human factors, such as inappropriate voltage

4.Products beyond the scope of free maintenance.
5.Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during

6.The product bar code or model on the product warranty card does
