The ETH-DIMC2012FM Series is an industrial-grade, L2+ managed 14-port Gigabit SFP switch featuring
12x100/1000Base-X SFP ports + 2x1.25G SFP uplinks in a rugged IP40 enclosure with dual power inputs.
Engineered for extreme conditions (-40°C to 80°C), it delivers carrier-class reliability for harsh environments.
The product's advanced features include Layer 2-4 switching, QoS, network access control
and secure management. This makes it ideal for use in industrial automation, smart transportation
and mission-critical networks.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure by technicians and man-made damage
caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.
Or a product of comparable performance. If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's free warranty period is 1 year.
