Feature
- This product is widely used for filling and capping all types of
plastic syringes, special types can be customized.
- All surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and all contact
parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and medical silicone
rubber, which fully comply with GMP specifications.
- Ceramic piston pump to achieve quantitative filling, acid and
alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance to high temperature,
high filling accuracy.
- The use of internationally renowned electrical components, the
implementation of non-interference modular control, synchronous
action is all controlled by servo motor to complete, the
implementation of automatic filling and stuffing, accurate and
reliable, easy to operate.
- Optional automatic replenishment system, using liquid level
sensing, automatic replenishment when lack of material.
- Optional hundred-level laminar flow hood to achieve high-demand
clean production.
