A, Transportation: our company is responsible for transportation;
B, install :
1. The demand party shall timely provide the supply party with the
installation location map of the equipment and the size of the
equipment handling channel, such as the size of the elevator,
corridor, etc.
2. The customer shall provide the necessary water, power and gas
sources for the use of the equipment on site.
3. The supplier shall be responsible for unloading and positioning
of the equipment upon arrival at the factory.
4. The supplier shall install the equipment free of charge at the
factory site of the buyer.
5. The equipment shall be pre-accepted in the supplier's factory
before delivery, and the commissioning and final acceptance shall
be carried out at the customer's site.
C, training
1, Seven days before the equipment leaves the factory, the seller
shall notify the buyer that he/she may send personnel to the
manufacturing site for training.
2, During the installation, the seller provides on-site retraining for
factory operators free of charge, including normal operation,
maintenance and repair, analysis of operational problems and
emergency procedures.
D. Provide after-sales service as follows: rack, tank, pipeline,
motor, electrical components, heating tube and vibration plate are
guaranteed for 2 years.
E. During the warranty period, we guarantee to respond within 4
working hours after receiving the user's request for maintenance
service. For problems that cannot be solved by phone/video, both
parties agree to send someone to solve them.
