Tank 15,17,19, and 21:4 coloring tank

1-7-1 structure:

It is made of stainless steel plate bent and welded with SS304 material, with a thickness of 3mm, which ensures that the tank is not deformed, beautiful, non-leakage, corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain. The bottom of the tank is equipped with side drainage port.

1) Tank size: 800 x 4000 x 1600mm (L x W x H)

2) Reinforcement of the tank: 80*40*4mm square tube made of A3 material is welded

3) The thickness of the insulation layer of the tank is 50mm, and the material is 100K rock wool. The outer plate is 1mm thick and 304# stainless steel plate is covered with rivet

4) A set of stainless steel 304 serpentine steam heating tubes are configured in the tank.

5) Two exhaust hoods are arranged on both sides of the tank and connected to the exhaust main pipe.

1-7-2 piping:

1) Pure water pipe: φ3/4" PVC pipe (with PVC ball valve).

2) Drainage pipe: φ3" PVC pipe (with fittings/spherical valve).

3) Stirring: air stirring (φ3/4" PP pipe)
