1. Crushing and Screening: After all raw materials are crushed by the crusher, they are filtered through a sieve with the appropriate mesh size. Powder that meets the requirements passes through the sieve and enters the drying drum; powder that does not meet the requirements continues to be crushed in the crushing chamber.
2. Drying: The hot air and flue gas generated by the hot air furnace pass through the fire grid. The high-temperature hot air and flue gas are thoroughly mixed with the raw material powder from the crusher in the drying drum, heating and drying the raw materials. At the end of the drying drum, the raw materials enter the second-stage cyclone solid-gas separation tower under the action of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, where the flue gas and water vapor are completely separated from the raw materials.
The separated flue gas and water vapor are directed to the spray tower for treatment and then discharged through a 15-meter-high exhaust stack. The separated dry raw materials are transported along a pipeline by a screw conveyor to the dry raw material preparation room or directly to the molding machine for molding.
From the crusher inlet to the dry raw material (semi-finished product) preparation room outlet, the raw materials are separated only in the cyclone separation tower. A dust collection duct is installed at the top and leads to the spray tower outlet. All processing is carried out in a closed system. 3. Pressing and Molding: The semi-finished dry materials in the standby room are conveyed directly to the molding machine via a screw conveyor for molding. Based on customer needs, a biomass pelletizer is equipped to produce pellets of varying specifications. The pellets are then cut into finished products of a specific length by an outlet cutter.
4. Cooling: Due to the high pressure and temperature of the newly formed products, they are conveyed to a cooling tower via a bucket chain conveyor for cooling. Natural air cooling is primarily used during this process.
