● Product Application Scope Divider
This product is applicable to various pneumatic equipment, such as
air compressors, pneumatic tools,
etc. It can measure air pressure, water pressure, oil pressure,
etc. If the equipment is highly vibrating,
please choose our series of shock-resistant meters.

1. Threaded connections:
For 40 pressure gauges, the default thread is ZG1/8, and options
include NPT1/8 and 10*1.
For 50 pressure gauges, the default thread is ZG1/4, and options
include NPT1/4 and 14*1.5.
2. This series of pressure gauges include:
Radial and axial;
Pressure range, nameplate (dial);
Electrophoretic coating, electroplated coating, plastic coating;
Y40, Y50... are available for selection, and custom orders are
accepted.
● General Instructions for Using Pressure Gauges
1. The instrument should be properly maintained. During use or
transportation, avoid violent vibration
to prevent damage to the instrument.
2. The operating pressure of the instrument should not exceed 70%
of the measurement upper limit during regular use.
3. When the instrument is working on objects with intense
vibration, the operating pressure should not exceed 50%
of the measurement upper limit.
4. When using a precision gauge to calibrate this gauge, the
absolute error of the precision gauge must be less
than one-third of the maximum allowable error of the gauge being
calibrated, and then it can be used.
5. To ensure the accuracy of the instruments, regular inspections
and verifications should be conducted.
