The KSD301/KSD302 Manual Reset Thermostat is a bimetallic thermal
switch specifically designed for high-temperature safety
protection. It features a ceramic housing and supports a high load
of 250V 16A. The device prevents accidental restarting after
overheating through a forced manual reset mechanism, making it
suitable for industrial and domestic applications with stringent
requirements for safety and heat resistance.

1. Ceramic house (high temperature resistance, insulation)
Heat resistance: The ceramic shell can withstand temperatures up to
300°C (far higher than the 220°C of engineering plastics), making
it suitable for high-temperature environments (such as disinfection
cabinets and ovens).
Insulation protection: The high-density ceramic structure provides
a voltage resistance of 1800V AC/min, effectively preventing the
risk of current leakage.
2. 250V 16A electrical load (high power support)
Universal voltage: 250V AC compatible with mainstream industrial
and household appliance voltage standards.
High current switching: 16A resistive load capacity, capable of
directly controlling high-power devices such as motors and heating
elements (e.g., commercial coffee machines, industrial ovens).
3. Manual reset safety mechanism (preventing accidental startup)
Forced manual intervention: After tripping, the reset button must
be pressed (4–6N pressure) to restore power, ensuring the device
cannot automatically restart before sufficient cooling.
Safety protection design: The reset button is spaced sufficiently
from the housing to prevent accidental contact, meeting UL, TUV,
and other safety certification requirements.
