The core of manufacturing GR series isolators begins with the
ultimate selection of raw materials. Hoan Microwave insists on
using high-strength stainless steel wires of specific grades, whose
excellent tensile strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance lay
the foundation for the product's long service life. The braiding
and forming of the wire rope is a key technical step. Through
specially designed equipment with precise control, Hoan ensures
that the steel wire strands are meticulously wound at preset
angles, tensions, and numbers of turns. This process determines the
final nonlinear stiffness and damping characteristics of the
isolator, directly affecting its vibration isolation performance.
The formed components undergo strict heat treatment processes to
eliminate internal stress, stabilize the structure, and further
enhance the material's mechanical properties and fatigue life.

lifeline of products. Throughout the entire production process of
GR series isolators, strict inspections based on the "Three Same
Principles" (same material, same process, same standard) are
implemented. From the diameter uniformity and braiding tightness of
the wire rope to key parameters of the final product such as
static/dynamic stiffness, load-bearing capacity, and fatigue
characteristics, all undergo multi-batch and multi-link
verification using high-precision testing equipment. This ensures
that every delivered "butterfly" meets design specifications and
customer requirements. Such meticulous pursuit of manufacturing
