Overview
The RXR-M120D is a medium-sized tracked oil-powered fire-fighting
robot. It is powered by a diesel engine and uses a closed hydraulic
system to drive the ASV rubber tracks for high-speed movement. It
is equipped with a high-flow fire cannon that can spray 120 liters
per second and carries various detection and monitoring sensors to
conduct remote real-time monitoring of the fire scene and
extinguish the fire.
This product features remote control, panoramic display and other
functions, and has excellent off-road performance. It is equipped
with an integrated hydraulic brake system, which can effectively
apply the parking brake and prevent the whole machine from rolling
away.
Scope of application
Rescue operations for large-scale fires in petroleum and chemical
enterprises:
Places prone to collapse, such as tunnels and subways, require
entry for firefighting and rescue.
Rescue operations in environments with potential explosive gas or
liquid leaks.
Rescue operations in environments with thick smoke or toxic gases.
Firefighting and rescue operations in close proximity, where
personnel are at risk of injury.
Feaures
High flow rate, long range
The water flow rate of the fire monitor can reach 120L/s, with a
water range exceeding 95m and a foam range exceeding 90m.
2. High traction
It is driven by a hydraulic motor for track movement, with a diesel
engine power of nearly 30KW and a horizontal traction force of up
to 8KN.
3. High-integration detection and monitoring (optional)
It can measure 14 types of gases, including temperature, humidity,
CO2, CH4, CO, H2S, O2, H2, NH3, Cl2, SO2, NO2, C3H8 (propane),
C2H4O (acetaldehyde), C2H2 (acetylene), and VOC (optional).
4. High speed
The straight-line walking speed is greater than 3.6 m/s, and it has
remote control stepless speed change.
5. High mobility
It is suitable for various road conditions, with an
obstacle-crossing height of up to 300mm and a climbing slope of up
to 25° (46.6%).
6. High-intelligence functions (4 major functions available as
options)
It features voice control, two-way voice communication, redundant
communication, and access to a robot networked cloud platform,
among other intelligent functions.
7. Cloud Platform (Optional)
By accessing the robot networked cloud platform, equipment
information, gas and video information can be remotely monitored,
and statistical analysis can be conducted. The validity period of
the equipment can be automatically verified, and automatic
reminders for expired equipment information statistics can be
provided. This enables comprehensive management applications to
ensure the timeliness of the equipment.
8. Multiple hydraulic output power interfaces (optional)
Reserve hydraulic output interface, with a pressure of 16 MPa and a
flow rate up to 25 L/min, to meet the requirements of hydraulic
demolition tools, hydraulic generators, hydraulic high-pressure
water pumps, hydraulic welding machines and other hydraulic tools
and equipment.
