Overview
The RXR-M120D is a wheeled medium-sized oil-powered fire-fighting
and extinguishing robot. It is powered by a diesel engine and
driven by a closed hydraulic system through the ASV rubber tracks
for high-speed movement. It is equipped with a fire cannon with a
flow rate of 120 liters per second. It is also equipped with
various detection and monitoring sensor devices and can carry a
120-meter-long DN80 or DN65 fire hose. It can conduct remote
real-time monitoring of the fire scene and extinguish the fire.
This product features remote control, panoramic display functions,
and also has excellent off-road performance; the integrated
hydraulic braking system can effectively stop the vehicle and
prevent the entire machine from sliding.
Scope of application
Rescue operations for large-scale fires in petroleum and chemical
enterprises:
Places prone to collapse, such as tunnels and subways, require
entry for firefighting and rescue.
Rescue operations in environments with potential explosive gas or
liquid leaks.
Rescue operations in environments with thick smoke or toxic gases.
Firefighting and rescue operations in close proximity, where
personnel are at risk of injury.
Feaures
High traffic volume, long range
The spray flow rate of the fire cannon can reach 120L/s, and the
water range is over 95 meters, while the foam range is over 90
meters.
2. High traction
The crawler moves by being driven by a hydraulic motor. The power
of the diesel engine is approximately 30KW, and the horizontal
traction force can reach 8KN.
3. High-integration Detection
It can measure 14 types of gases, temperature, humidity, CO2, CH4,
CO, H2S, O2, H2, NH3, Cl2, SO2, NO2, C3H8 (propane), C2H4O
(acetaldehyde), C2H2 (acetylene), and VOC (optional).
4. High Speed
Linear walking speed is greater than 3.6 meters per second, and it
supports remote control with stepless speed adjustment.
5. High mobility
Suitable for various road conditions, the obstacle-crossing height
can reach 300mm; the climbing angle can reach 25° (46.6%)
6. Advanced Intelligence Function (4 major functions as optional
upgrade)
With voice control; two-way voice communication; redundant
communication; access to the robot networked cloud platform and
other multiple intelligent functions.
7. Cloud Platform (Optional)
By connecting to the robot networked cloud platform, one can
remotely monitor equipment information, gas and video information,
conduct statistical analysis, automatically verify the validity
period of the equipment, automatically remind of the statistics of
expired equipment information, and carry out comprehensive
management applications to ensure the timeliness of the equipment.
8. Multiple hydraulic output power interface (optional)
Reserved hydraulic output interface, with a pressure of 16 MPa and
a flow rate of up to 25 L/min. It meets the requirements of
hydraulic tools and equipment such as hydraulic demolition tools,
hydraulic generators, hydraulic high-pressure water pumps, and
hydraulic welding machines.
