1. Working principle of circular gear flowmeter
Structural composition:
It is mainly composed of a pair of elliptical gears, a metering
chamber, a bearing and a counter.
The gears rotate alternately under fluid pressure to form a closed
metering chamber.
Working process:
When the fluid enters the flowmeter, it drives the gears to rotate,
and a fixed volume of fluid is discharged per revolution.
The rotation of the gears is transmitted to the counter through a
magnetic coupling or mechanical transmission to display the
accumulated flow.
