Test procedure for Light Testing Equipment:
The handlamp, missing its lamp, hangs by its cord with point a (see
Figure 1) touching the bar's corner. The suspension point is 400 mm
above the bar. Pull the lamp away from the wall until the cord is
level, then let it hit the bar.
Do this three times at point a, then repeat at points b and c.
After this, the lamp should still be safe and usable. Repeat the
whole test, but with the suspension point 1 m above the bar.
Again, the lamp must still be safe and usable.
The lamp's protective parts should stay in place, even if bent. If
the glass or clear cover breaks but isn't the only protection, it's
okay.
