Product Overview
This machine is a new type of disc rotary automatic sealing machine
developed according to customer requirements, which can be equipped
with a filling machine. The sealing film can be a roll film or a
sheet film, either of which can be selected, automatic hot pressing
sealing, automatic cup/box top, and can seal 2 boxes, 4 boxes or
more boxes at a time, saving human resources and improving
production efficiency.
Sealing machine functions and configurations:
1. One out of two, the mold can be replaced, and it is compatible
with cups, bowls, boxes, bottles, barrels and cans of various
shapes and sizes.
2. Production speed: One out of two: 1000-1200 boxes/hour
3. Production process: manual box placement, the robot
automatically places the sealing film piece by piece, automatically
seals the film, automatically prints the production date (this is
optional), and automatically produces the finished product.
4. It can be connected to the production line, unmanned operation,
saving manpower and improving production efficiency.
5. Taiwan PLC program control, stable and reliable, the
human-machine interface is a touch screen.
6. Classic digital display temperature control meter, temperature
difference plus or minus 5 degrees, good sealing effect.
7. It is equipped with fault alarm and temperature alarm functions
to ensure the sealing effect.
8. Taiwan photoelectric eye tracking, electrical integration.
9. Sealing material: consistent with the cup material, can be
heated and bonded, plastic composite film or aluminum foil
composite film, such as composite PP, composite PE, composite PET,
composite PS, etc.

high hardness, long life. Non-sand cast aluminum!
17. Cup dispensing system: electric eye induction, base cylinder
lifts up; upper cylinder connects to the pull-out mechanism to pull
out.
