A: For small orders or in-stock products, preparation and delivery
take under 3 days, with shipping
times varying from 7 days to 1 month based on client preference.
For large orders, including material
preparation and production, it takes 5–21 working days depending on
quantity, plus 1–3 days for
testing and 1 day for packing, so 7–25 days total, excluding
shipping.

A: Long-term customers get new products with orders to evaluate
market fit and resell in their area,
cheaper prices for smaller orders, and support with promotional
images featuring their logo.

A: Our cables come with a 12–36-month warranty. For large orders,
we include 0.3%–0.5% extra units
as backups for defects. If you receive more than 5 faulty units
(under 0.1%), contact our sales team with
images, and we’ll resolve it by replacing them in a new order or
issuing a refund.

provided free, aside from freight charges.
