1.5mm Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Cloth 1000mm Wide 800℃ Heat Shield

The high-performance vermiculite-coated fiberglass cloth is produced through a specialized process that combines vermiculite with fiberglass fabric. Featuring a dark-colored design, this cloth has an actual thickness of 1.5mm and a weight of 1060g/m². It maintains excellent mechanical properties while demonstrating outstanding weather resistance, making it particularly suitable for industrial thermal protection applications.
The heat-treated natural mineral forms a unique microporous structure. Tests show that the cloth can withstand instantaneous temperatures of up to 1200°C and operate stably for extended periods at 800°C. Additionally, it boasts high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, flame retardancy, and other advantages, making it widely used in equipment protection across industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, and power generation.

The cloth is available in a standard width of 1000mm, with customized processing services offered to meet specific engineering requirements. The length can be adjusted flexibly to ensure construction convenience and optimal material utilization.
