Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Cloth 0.8mm 800℃ Heat Shield

The Vermiculite-coated Fiberglass cloth is produced by coating expanded fiberglass fabric with vermiculite.As a high-performance non-asbestos product, it combines the strength of fiberglass with the excellent thermal insulation properties of vermiculite, making it widely used in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, petrochemical, and power.

Vermiculite is a natural mineral that forms a lightweight, porous structure after high-temperature expansion, providing outstanding thermal insulation. When coated onto fiberglass fabric, the product's heat resistance is significantly enhanced, with an instantaneous temperature resistance of 1200°C and a long-term operating temperature of 800°C, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature protection applications.

The 0.8mm Thickness Tan Fiberglass Cloth Coated With Vermiculite On Both Sides For Heat Shield is available in a 1000mm width and 50m/100m roll lengths, meeting the needs of various industrial scenarios. Its flexible sizing ensures convenient installation, making it widely applicable for heat shield, flange and valve covers, welding curtains, expansion joins and equipment.

With a 0.8mm thickness and 670g/m² weight, this cloth achieves an ideal balance between lightweight design and high strength, making it particularly suitable for demanding environments where space and weight are critical factors.

Designed for harsh industrial conditions, this cloth is primarily used for fire blankets, fire curtains, fire protection systems, and high-temperature resistant linings. It maintains stable performance even under extreme conditions such as high temperatures and corrosion, providing reliable protection for equipment and personnel.
