The main sealing lip is integrated with a spiral spring, which generates a stable radial force, ensuring a tight seal even if the shaft has slight runout.

Standard nitrile rubber (NBR) is used, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 100°C, and compatibility with mineral-based lubricants exceeding 98%. The single-lip design, combined with an optimized lip angle, delivers excellent sealing efficiency under medium to low-speed rotation conditions (≤1500 r/min). During installation, the inner bore locating step enables quick alignment, making it suitable for general machinery such as motor bearings and gearboxes, providing an economical and reliable sealing solution for equipment.
