Introduction
The glass fusion method for preparing samples eliminates effects
such as particle size, mineralogy, and segregation, while also
reducing absorption and enhancement effects between elements within
the sample. This significantly improves analytical precision and
accuracy, making it currently the best sample preparation method
for X-ray fluorescence analysis. For analytical techniques like
ICP, AA, and wet chemistry, fusion is also an excellent preparation
method for difficult-to-dissolve samples. Although fusion machines
have seen increased domestic application in recent years due to the
emergence and promotion of domestic manufacturers in China, their
usage rate remains much lower compared to advanced countries. This
is primarily because the quality of domestic fusion machines is
still relatively poor, and their prices are not yet sufficiently
