Helical solid fin tubes, also it's said to HFW finned tubes, HFW finned tubes are manufactured using a high frequency welding process.HFW finned tubes are widely used in heat exchangers, boilers, air coolers,economizers and other thermal applications.

ASTM A210 This specification covers minimum-wall-thickness, seamless medium-carbon steel, boiler tubes and boiler flues, including safe ends, arch and stay tubes, and superheater tubes

Chemical Composition (%)

For each reduction of 0.01% below the specified carbon maximum,an increase of 0.06% manganese above the specified maximum will be permitted up to a maximum of 1.35%.

Mechanical Properties

Steel 1018/A36 are all materials of low carbon steel/mild steel commonly used in manufacturing and construction.

Properties: good ductility and machinability; moderate strength; can be case-hardened (carburized) for improved surface hardness.
