1) Description of Double Helical Gear

Completely cancel the axial force, because the spiral direction of the two helical gears is opposite, the generated axial force is balanced

3) Working Principle

The power is transmitted to the double helical gear through the input shaft, the gear teeth are engaged with the mating gear at a symmetrical helix angle,

and the axial force generated by the left tooth and the reverse axial force generated by the right tooth cancel each other,

and only the radial force of the effective transmission torque is retained, so as to achieve stable power transmission without axial force interference.
