2.Working Principle
1. Ultrasonic Cleaning: High-frequency vibrations (20–60kHz) generated by transducers
create millions of micro-bubbles in the cleaning solution. These
bubbles implode (cavitation effect) upon contact with workpiece
surfaces, producing intense pressure to dislodge contaminants from
even complex geometries (grooves, blind holes).
2. Robotic Arm Integration: Programmable robotic arm (with 6+ degrees of freedom) precisely
picks workpieces from the roller conveyor, dips them into
cleaning/rinsing tanks, and transfers them between stages, ensuring
uniform exposure to ultrasonic energy.
3. Roller Conveyor Function: Motor-driven rollers transport workpieces through the cleaning
line continuously, enabling seamless flow from loading to final
unloading—critical for high-throughput industrial environments.
4. Automated Control: PLC touch-screen system synchronizes ultrasonic activation,
conveyor speed, robotic arm movement, and temperature regulation,
ensuring repeatable cleaning quality.

5. Loading: Workpieces are placed on the roller conveyor (manual or via

pre-cleaning tank (optional, for gross debris removal).
7. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Workpieces are transferred to the main ultrasonic tank, where
cavitation removes stubborn contaminants (duration: 3–15 minutes,
adjustable).
8. Multi-Stage Rinsing: Robotic arm moves parts to rinsing tanks (pure water or
