Shrinkage Rate Testing Machine
Instroduction
Used for the shrinkage rate and relaxation tests of various cotton,
wool, linen, silk, chemical fiber and clothing textiles after
washing; it is controlled by a microcomputer, with frequency
converter speed regulation, equipped with a shock absorber, and has
fifteen latest standard washing programs stored internally. It is
often used in conjunction with the shrinkage rate oven.
Scope of Application
Testing the dimensional stability of fabrics, garments or other
textiles after washing.

Instrument Characteristics
1. All technical indicators of the instrument fully comply with the
requirements of the GB/T 8629-2017 standard.
2. Touchscreen control, with both Chinese and English menus,
human-computer dialogue mode, and easy operation.
3. Utilize high-performance continuously variable speed motors with
digital speed setting.
4. Adopting fully independent suspended drum technology, it
features excellent shock resistance, ultra-quiet operation, and
does not require base fixation.
5. Utilizing a 32-bit cortex-m3 microprocessor, the data processing
speed is fast, the instrument has a sensitive response, and it
operates stably and reliably.
6. Utilizing high-precision electronic pressure sensors ensures the
accuracy and reliability of water level measurement.
7. The temperature control adopts an optimized PID algorithm, which
enables rapid heating and results in small control fluctuations.
8. Equipped with 13 sets of GB/T 8629 programs, 13 sets of ISO 6330
programs, 3 sets of custom programs, and 1 set of manual
single-program.
9. The stainless steel handle and the high-pressure glass window
are adopted to ensure that the door can be opened more firmly and
sturdily.
