Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen is a commonly used fine screening equipment in the chemical and food industries, capable of achieving particle material classification, impurity removal or filtration. Its working principle is that a vertical motor drives the upper and lower eccentric blocks to rotate, generating a combined inertial force, causing the screening machine to vibrate in three-dimensional directions - horizontal, vertical and inclined. The materials on the screening surface are subjected to throwing and rotational forces, with smaller particle sizes passing through the screen and larger particle sizes being discharged along the screening surface. The equipment has high screening accuracy and large processing capacity. It can be adjusted by changing the phase angle of the eccentric blocks to meet different requirements, and is a key equipment for material fine processing.
