Product Description
This Cord Anchorage Torque Testing Device is designed for testing
the mechanical durability and wear resistance of plug and socket
cable connections, especially focusing on the strain relief area.
It fully complies with multiple international standards, including
IEC 60884-1:2006 clause 23.2, IEC 60335-1 clause 25.15, and VDE
0620 table 18.
The equipment simulates real-world stress conditions by applying
calibrated torque through a system of weights and a force arm,
ensuring reliable verification of cord anchorage performance and
protection against twisting or pulling forces.

Utilizes a disc torque mechanism with multiple calibrated weights
to simulate torque from 0.1 to 0.425 N·m.
Made of a compact and durable design with dimensions of
300×200×300mm (W×D×H).
Built-in adjustable fixture (60mm horizontal & vertical opening)
for easy sample setup.
Clear operation steps with adjustable test cycles (up to 9999
times) and a default setting of 100 cycles.
