well as 100% pre delivery inspection of each pipe, with photos

quality. In addition, we accept third-party inspections from
authoritative organizations such as SGS and TUV to ensure that our
products meet the strict quality requirements of international
standards.
Seamless Pipe Packaging Methods
For TP304L seamless pipes, we have designed professional packaging
methods for different transportation scenarios: LCL transportation
uses plywood wooden boxes and adds plastic protective caps at the
pipe ends; Full container transportation is packaged in woven bags
and also equipped with protective caps at both ends. All packaging
solutions have been tested through long-term global transportation
practices to ensure that customers can safely and reliably put them
into use without additional handling at the receiving site.

304L Material Properties
TP304L austenitic stainless steel has low-carbon characteristics
(carbon content ≤ 0.03%), excellent intergranular corrosion
resistance, and is particularly suitable for welding structures to
prevent weld sensitization corrosion problems. In addition, this
material has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion
resistance, suitable for working conditions with medium and low
temperatures and weak corrosive media, and is widely used in
pipeline systems in the fields of oil and gas, chemical
engineering, and energy.
