Application Scenarios
This product is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical,
clean fluid transportation and instrumentation pipeline systems. It
is especially suitable for system environments that require high
cleanliness, corrosion resistance and stable performance, such as
CIP systems, clean compressed air transmission lines, etc.
Packaging Methods
Each bright tube is protected by a plastic cap at both ends,
wrapped with a single PE film, and fixed with a wooden box or
pallet to ensure that there is no scratch or pollution during
transportation. The outer packaging is clearly marked for easy
on-site identification and storage management.
Quality Control System
The products are subject to "triple quality inspection" throughout
the entire process: raw material inspection, random inspection
during the production process, and 100% pre-shipment inspection of
finished products. Inspection items include size, appearance,
mechanical properties, eddy current/hydraulic tests, and
corresponding material test reports (MTC) are issued. All data can
be traced.
