TP2205 features an austenite-ferrite duplex structure. Its 25% Cr + 5% Ni + 3% Mo composition provides excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and chloride-containing media. With a high yield strength about 1.8 times that of 304L, it maintains structural stability under medium-to-high pressure pulsating loads. This meets the long-term operational demands of marine engineering and desalination systems.

Packaging Methods

For sea LCL shipments, we use plywood wooden boxes with pipe caps. Full container loads are bundled with woven bags and also include pipe caps on both ends. All wooden boxes meet ISPM-15 standards, allowing direct entry into European and American automated warehousing systems. The anti-salt spray and anti-collision design ensures no rust or scratches on the surface after long-distance transport.
