Characteristics
1.Fast Curing: It cures quickly upon exposure to moisture in the
air, usually forming a surface skin within 15-30
minutes and achieving full curing in 24-48 hours, which helps
shorten the construction cycle.
2.Strong Adhesion: Exhibits excellent bonding performance to
non-porous materials such as glass, ceramics,
and some plastics (like PVC), ensuring a tight and reliable seal.
3.Good Elasticity: After curing, it forms a flexible elastomer that can withstand certain expansion and contraction
caused by temperature changes or slight structural movements, maintaining the sealing effect.
4.Weather Resistance: Has decent resistance to ultraviolet rays,
ozone, and general weathering, making it
suitable for indoor and some outdoor non-demanding environments.
Applications
Glass-related installations: It is suitable for sealing between glass panels (such as fish
tank splicing and glass partitions) and bonding glass to aluminum
alloy frames (when there are no special anti-corrosion
requirements). After curing, it forms a tough elastomer with
excellent waterproof performance.
Ceramic and tile applications: It can be used for sealing gaps in bathroom tiles and bonding
ceramic washbasins to countertops. It adapts well to humid
environments and has stable adhesion to ceramic surfaces.
Plastic component assembly: It is applicable for sealing PVC pipe joints and splicing plastic
door and window profiles. It has good compatibility with most
plastics, and the curing process does not affect plastic
performance.
Auxiliary sealing for non-load-bearing glass curtain walls: In secondary sealing parts of small glass curtain walls or
skylights, it can help enhance waterproof effects (neutral sealant
should be used for primary sealing).
